Full pre-payment is required on all special orders. Dependant upon availability, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing & shipping. If an item is permanently unavailable, we will contact you via email and refund your purchase, otherwise special orders are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE.
Returns for online items can be made within 30 days of shipment, unused, with tags attached, for exchange or store credit, no exceptions. Items purchased online can be returned in our store or sent directly to:

- Must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
